Starting as an Assistant Director, he learned filmmaking the way it was meant to be learned: on the ground, in motion, absorbing every frame, every decision, and every challenge that turns an idea into a living narrative.Years of dedication shaped his evolution. From assisting on sets to steering major Bollywood productions, Milind rose through the ranks to become a Project Head, entrusted with leading large-scale films from conception to completion. In an industry where scale and pressure define success, he mastered the balance between creative instinct and executional precision—guiding teams, managing complexity, and ensuring that vision survived every obstacle.

Cinema, for Milind, is both art and architecture. His deep involvement across direction, production, logistics, and post-production gave him a rare command over the entire filmmaking process. This holistic understanding became his signature—allowing him to see stories not just as scripts, but as fully realized worlds waiting to be built.At a pivotal moment in his career, Milind chose to carve his own path. Alongside his two closest friends—trusted collaborators bound by a shared love for cinema—he founded his own production house. Today, as a Director and Project Head, Milind leads with quiet confidence and purposeful intent. His work is driven by clarity, collaboration, and a belief that powerful stories deserve world-class execution. Nilesh Deshmukh’s path in the film industry has been shaped by consistency, control, and a deep respect for the systems that hold filmmaking together. He began his career as a Production Manager, working at the core of film sets where planning meets reality. From managing budgets and schedules to coordinating large crews, logistics, and vendor networks, he developed a sharp command over the practical demands of production. Alongside operations, he built strong foundations in finance, accounts, and audit, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and accountability at every stage of execution.

With experience came authority. Nilesh steadily rose to the role of Production Head, where he became responsible for driving complex, large-scale projects with focus and discipline. His strength lay in anticipation—identifying challenges before they surfaced and ensuring every moving part aligned with the larger vision. He brought structured financial oversight into creative environments, integrating budgeting controls, cost audits, and compliance processes with production workflows. Under his leadership, productions were executed with efficiency, accountability, and unwavering attention to detail.

Today, as a Director on the Board of the company, Nilesh brings a strategic and execution-driven perspective to its leadership. He is the bridge between ambition and delivery, ensuring that creative ideas are supported by strong systems, realistic planning, financial governance, and flawless execution.

Known for his composed leadership style and methodical approach, Nilesh plays a vital role in building the company’s operational and financial foundation. Mr.Sushrut Saangelkar

Sushrut Saangelkar’s journey through the entertainment industry is marked by range, resilience, and an evolving command of storytelling across formats. He began his career in television, stepping onto sets as a Production Assistant where the pace was relentless and precision was essential. It was here that he absorbed the fundamentals of on-set execution, learning how structure, timing, and coordination shape every frame.

Driven by discipline and a natural ability to manage complexity, Sushrut grew into the role of Production Manager, taking charge of schedules, budgets, and large teams with confidence. Television taught him speed and adaptability—skills that would later define his approach to cinema.

Expanding his creative and managerial horizons, Sushrut transitioned into film production as an Executive Producer. In this role, he oversaw projects from early development through final delivery, navigating the delicate balance between creative ambition and real-world execution. His oversight ensured that vision remained intact while productions moved forward with clarity and control.

Today, as a Director on the Board, Sushrut brings a multi-dimensional perspective shaped by experience across television and film. With a keen understanding of production dynamics and an eye on global benchmarks, he plays a key role in guiding the company’s growth—championing efficiency, creative integrity, and filmmaking that meets international standards of quality and storytelling.

As the founder of Huge Productions, he has been instrumental in shaping films that have not only achieved commercial success but have also earned critical acclaim on national and international platforms.One of the most defining milestones of his career came with Gandha (The Smell), a National Award–winning film that established Huge Productions as a banner committed to cinema with depth and artistic integrity. This was followed by Killa (The Fort), which went on to win the prestigious Silver Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival, placing Marathi cinema firmly on the global map and reinforcing Ranjit Gugle’s reputation as a producer with an eye for globally relevant narratives.
